I've been looking through old photos on my computer. I had a gut-dropping moment when I thought I had deleted all my photos. Fortunately I was wrong. Amongst them are scans from a bunch of old slides. My dad always shot on transparency and a while ago my sister organised getting some of them digitised. I always get a bit teary looking at these old photos. Here's one of me when I was about 5 or 6, holding my favourite "Clowny" who I never cast off entirely till I was about 14.
