Yeah, I'm a Believer…

Listening to: Ghosts of the Great Highway, Sun Kil Moon

Just got a nice surprise in the post today: my McSweeney's order. No actual McSweeney's Quarterly Concern yet, but since I subscribed to their package deal, I have the DVD magazine Wholpin and The Believer which this time round is a visual arts edition. Yeeha! Now I just have to find time to read the stuff…

Hey that is the coolest package. Mcsweeney's-very nice indeed. I went to look at their site. of course Jos already knew all about them-but one of the books they offer is Marcel Dzama prints and notebook. I LOVE this art and we just got this. He illustrated a childrens book written by They Might Be Giants. There's a cd with it too.I fell in love instantly. Hope you get a chance to kick back soon and enjoy the books and amgazines.

Hey Rose my sweet!

How are you? I was so sad to hear about you and Dave. I do hope the sun is beginning to peep through the clouds for you again.

Hey - just thought I'd let you know I've tagged you to do a post on "Five things you may not know about me" - you're "it"! You can see my version at WebWeaver's World.

Make sure you let me know when you've done it, I'd love to read it!

Oh, if I didn't have to pay so much for the shipping, I would be buying up large from McSweeneys, Miss PG. Aren't they great?! And all so very nicely designed.

OMG! I've been tagged. Okay, I'm going to have to give this one some thought. I think I live such an open life that most people know everything about me already! But there must be something I can dredge up. Thanks for your thoughts, Ali. The sun is, indeed, beginning to peek through :)
